We offer a support arrangement for all Open Source Software applications that we host that comprises of:
- Routine monitoring of website (ping) to ensure that it is responding and that proactive maintenance action can be carried out should a problem arise (know about and fix a problem before you even knew there was a problem…)
- Daily backup of website and associated database
- Upgrade to most recent stable version of Open Source Software application where requested
- Application of security patches / upgrade to Open Source Software application where and when available
- Email technical and administrative support
